Our Airbnb- Vacation Home & Hostel is located within steps of the magnificent Mirador of Salento, a scenic overlook that offers stunning views of the Cocora Valley. The Valley is traversed by the Rio Quind\u00edo with its rocky riverbed and flowing whitewater, which travels through the breathtaking mountainous landscape. The center of town is an easy walk from our house.<\/p>\n
The rustic country style of the House has architectural Spanish influences, but maintaining the essence of the typical homes of the region. The classic construction, with its wide hallways, chambranas<\/em>, wooden columns and balconies has remained intact throughout the years. Our Vacation Home\u00a0 was designed keeping in the same tradition, paying great attention to detail, using black & pink cedar from the region. This led to our beautiful and intricate carvings, and unique & traditional woodwork on our windows, shutter and baseboards.<\/p>\n Our Vacation Home offers a few different options to accommodate your stay:<\/p>\n –Private rooms<\/strong>:<\/p>\n On the first floor of the property we offer 3\u00a0 comfortable rooms with both double and single beds, and soft lush linens. All rooms have their own private bathroom with hot water. The rooms have large windows with views that overlook the town and the Mountains. We offer single or double occupancy; we cater to the single traveler, as well as couples or families. These rooms are listed individually on Airbnb (see link below). \u00a0The first floor rooms are independent from the house. The gardens are\u00a0accessible to first floor guests, only if there are no guests staying in the second floor.
